Fax Permits

Any customer can obtain a permit that does not require plan check (Express Permit) via fax. Permit applications will be processed and faxed to the customer within ten (10) business days.

Please complete and send the form along with other required documents to one of the numbers listed on the form. Instructions for processing a fax permit are provided at the bottom of the form.
