Building and Safety provides many permit services for the average home owner as well as contractors. Permits can be obtained at any of our Construction Service Centers or from our online permit service called e-permit. Depending on the complexity of your project, you may be able to get your permit the same day with Express Permit or e-permit. Permits are issued for many different types of work, including Building, Electrical and Plumbing just to name a few. Building and Safety has also gone to great lengths to provide a variety of documents available online, including permit related documents. We have included a permit section on our Forms page that provides access to a variety of Permit Applications, Fax Permit and other related documents. We also provide many publications that are very useful to home owners and contractors.
