Zoning Letter Application

The Zoning Letter application is a self-serve, on-line system that generates the zoning letter to provide ONLY the current zone information of your property. There is a fee of $110.24 for each letter requested.

Please refer to a sample of the zoning letter before you proceed with payment. There is no refund once the letter is generated.

	To search for a single property address, use the single address search form
	To search for a multiple property addresses, use the address range search form

All other information related to your property can be obtained by submitting your request in person at any of our Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) offices.
