Fax Permits

Any customer can obtain a permit that does not require plan check (Express Permit) via fax. Permit applications will be processed and faxed to the customer within five (5) business days.

To obtain a permit, a customer needs to complete and send a Fax Permit Request Form along with other required documents to one of the numbers listed on the form. Instructions for processing a fax permit are provided at the bottom of the form.
