A Special Events permit is required for limited-use events conducted on a property, such use which is of a unique nature and limited to a maximum of 5 days.

Tents which exceed 450 square feet, accessory to a dwelling and which are erected for a special one-time event,

Outdoor tents or pliable material covered structures, which exceed 12 feet in any dimension, and are for a special one-time event,

Bleachers, sound towers, and other temporary structures used for human occupancy or over 6 feet high, which are erected for a special one-time event.

Examples are:

• Movie shoot location structures
• Parking lot sale structures
• Circuses or carnivals
• Large party tents
